- Perform smoke test on Heat Exchangers to ensure the integrity of the most essential component of your furnace
- Static Pressure test/reading to verify that your furnace is not stressing under normal operation. Much like getting your blood pressure checked
- Temperature Rise
- Visually inspect gas meter and inspect gas shut-off valves at furnace, water heater and related gas piping for leaks
- Check Filter for airflow requirements and assess for other air quality needs
